Hazel P. Fouke, 93, of Polo, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016, at Pinecrest Manor, Mt. Morris. She was born Jan. 12, 1923, in Polo, the daughter of John F. and Emma P. (Lester) Oyler. On May 14,1950 in Polo she was united in marriage to Paul S. Fouke (he preceded her on Jan. 31, 2005). Hazel worked for Norgren’s Studio in Polo for 15 years. She enjoyed crafting, flowers and spending time with her family. Hazel was a member of the First Christian Church, of Polo, Eastern Star, P.A.S.S. and VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include son P. Scott (Sue) Fouke Jr. and grandson Luke all of Florida; niece and a nephew.
Private services will be held with burial at Fairmount Cemetery, Polo.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Good Samaritan Fund, Pinecrest Community in Mt. Morris.
