Jeromy D. Marth, 38, of Polo, passed away Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford with family by his side.
Jeromy was born August 10, 1979, in Dixon, the son of Daniel Marth and Pamela (Grobe) Mohr. He was very active in sports all through school. After high school he enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Pam (Steve) Mohr of Polo; father Dan Marth of Polo; longtime girlfriend Rebecca Hanson of Polo; sisters Michelle (Jerimiah) Johnson of Polo, Ashley Zimmerman of Iowa; brothers Justin (Sasha) Mohr of Vinton, IA, Chad Mohr of Michigan; Rebecca’s daughters Lacy and Aaliyah Johnson; many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Helmer and Barb Swenson; maternal grandparents Donald Grobe and Jackie (Jim) Slifer.
A celebration of Jeromy’s life will be Jan. 6, 2018 at the Polo Senior Center, in Polo, from 1:00-4:00 PM
At Jeromy’s request cremation rites have been accorded.
