Tabatha Kay Naylon, 50, of Forreston, died Saturday, March 9, 2019 at her residence. She was employed by Journey Care Hospice as a Nurse.
Tabatha was born March 30, 1968, in Dixon. She married Jeffrey Naylon; he preceded her in death. Survivors include her mother Carol Jo; three sons Theron (Casey) Naylon of Pennsylvania, Zach (Kayleigh) Naylon of Rockfalls and Joshua Naylon of Mt. Morris; one brother Rick Pretzsch of Texas; two grandchildren Max and Alice Naylon and a Goddaughter Tia. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents; father and sister.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday March 16, 2019 at Faith United Methodist Church, Polo, with Pastor Brian LeBaron officiating. Burial is at Fairmount Cemetery, Polo following services.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday March 15, 2019 at the Polo Family Funeral Home.
