Terry W. Stanley, 78, of Polo, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at his home.
Terry was born Oct. 6, 1940, in Madisonville, KY, the son of ST Stanley and Margaret (Gipson) Stanley-Morgan. On Sept. 4, 1964 in DIxon he was united in marriage to Ms. Sharron Kness. Terry was a machinist foreman for Woodbrothers in Oregon until his retirement after 30 yrs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family
Survivors include wife Sharron; daughters Terri (Roger) Jacobs of Chadwick and Traci (Terry McKenna) Stanley of Polo; son Jeffrey Stanley of Key West, FL; grandchildren Amy, Bonnie (Ron), Brittany (Dustin), Christopher, Amber (Brock), Dylan, Tristan; great grandchildren Nathan, Taylor, Erika, Stephanie, Brayden, Natalia, Aspen.
He was preceded in death by sister Karen Herbon and his beloved grandparents Mamaw & Papaw.
A celebration of his life will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
