Alan K. Almquist, 71, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Polo Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Alan was born June 11, 1948 in Chicago, the son of Kenneth and Viola (Heldt) Almquist.
Alan will be laid to rest at Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, IL, in a private service.
