Michelle A. Johnson, 43, of Polo, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at OSF St. Anthonys Medical Center in Rockford with family by her side.
Michelle was born Dec. 17, 1976, in Dixon, the daughter of Daniel Marth and Pamela Grobe. On August 20, 2005, in Oregon, she was united in marriage to Jeremiah Johnson. Michelle was active in gymnastics and softball during her high school years. After high school she worked as a Laborer but her true passion was taking care of her husband and beloved son Blake.
Survivors include husband Jeramiah; son Blake Johnson; mother and step-father Pamela & Steve Mohr; mother-in-law and father-in-law Debbie and Jerry Johnson; step-sister Ashely Mohr of Center Point, IA and sister-in-law Amy (Dave) Ong; step-brothers Chad Mohr of MN and Justin Mohr of Cedar Rapids, IA.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother Jeromy Marth.
Honoring Michelle’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
