Patricia “Patty” M. Luy, 59, of Polo, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at KSB Hospital. She was born January 21, 1956, in Rockford, the daughter of John and Delia (Stephani) Paratore. On July 22, 1989, in Polo, she was united in marriage to Larry Luy (he preceded her in 2006). Patty was a homemaker, taking care of her children and grandchildren brought her great joy.
Survivors include daughters Stefanie (Eric) Whitney of Iowa, Karisa (Michael) Kramer of Dixon, Kathleen (Chris Morman) Tufte of Wisconsin Rapids, Stacy (Ron Grobe) Tufte of Polo, Alaina (Keegan Terry) Luy of Polo, Kirsten (Chad Reed) Luy of Dixon; son Joseph Tufte of Polo; sister Mary (Ken) Rudolph of Rockford;14 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St., Polo. Honoring Patty’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
