Robert E. Luy, 75, of Polo, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, at Polo Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
He was born March 6, 1940, in Freeport, the son of Walter E. and Mary Jane (Waganoss) Luy. Robert worked as a farm hand for many years. He enjoyed spending time on the water fishing, watching local stock car racing and the Polo High School sporting events.
Survivors include his brothers Dennis and Roger Luy both of Dixon; sister Patty Lajuennesse of Lena; many Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by brother Larry Luy, sisters Linda Skala and Judith Luy.
Honoring Roberts wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
