Laraine K. Scott, 72, of Polo, passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at Aperion Care in Toluca, IL. Laraine was born May 29, 1944, in Chicago, the daughter of Louis and Edith (Krausman) Alexander. On May 13, 1966 in Chicago, she was united in marriage to Billy Ray Scott (he preceded her on July 11, 2013).
Survivors include daughters Amanda (Jack Townsend) Martinez of Polo; Elizabeth (Marcus Greer) Scott of South Elgin; sisters Lois Ferguson of Schaumburg, Lee Anne Wallace of Zion, IL; 11 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren,
She was preceded in death by sisters Linda Roelle and Lenore Schmidt .
Honoring Laraine’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
