Richard E. Duncan, 76, of Polo, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at Oregon Healthcare Center, Oregon. Richard was born June 3, 1940, in Dixon, the son of James H. and Doris L. (Guiles) Duncan.
Richard served in the United States Army from 1959-1962. He was a licensed Amateur Radio Operator and served as a speaker for the RARA (Rockford Amateur Radio Association). He was involved with the Monroe Center Lions Club and the Jaycees of Polo.
Survivors include sisters Margaret L. Moore of Largo, FL and Diane M. (Dennis) Williams of The Villages, FL
He is preceded in death by his Parents
A private burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Dixon. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
