Alice C. Hamilton, 98, of Polo (formerly of Paterson, New Jersey), passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Polo Rehab and Healthcare Center. She was a Homemaker.
Alice was born, June 23, 1915, in Paterson, NJ, the daughter of Harry Gray and Elizabeth (VanBlarcom) Cheyne. On August 24, 1940, in Paterson, NJ, she was united in marriage to William Hamilton Jr (he preceded her in 1994).
Survivors include sons W. Robert (Mimi) Hamilton of Woolwich, ME and Thomas G. (Jane) Hamilton of Polo; 5 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by a sister Janet Snyder.
Burial will take place at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson, NJ at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded.
