Anthony Calderon, 58, of Polo, passed away Friday, March 22, 2019, at his home.
Tony was born August 10, 1960, in Chicago, the son of Peter and Crusita (Oliva) Calderon. Tony worked as a Laborer in manufacturing. He met and married Mary Mendoza of Chicago on August 5, 1989.
Tony enjoyed going to garage sales, auctions and hunting for a bargain or treasure. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and White Sox fan. He was the happiest with his family and decorating for holidays. He loved playing cards and grilling.
Survivors include wife Mary; daughter Irene (Adrian Gonzalez) Calderon of Polo; sons Keith (Olga) Calderon of Polo, Kevin Calderon of Dixon; 6 Sisters; 5 Brothers; 11 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his Parents.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Marks Lutheran Church, 201 N. Division Ave. Polo. Services will be Friday following visitation at 11:00 AM with burial at Fairmount Cemetery in Polo.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
