Beverly Jean Mezo, 78, of Polo, died Monday October 2, 2017 at her residence. She was previously a nurse for Polo Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Polo.
Beverly was born April 11, 1939, in Dixon, the daughter of Edward V. and Maude M. (Wagner) Marquitz Jr. She married Charles Mezo, he preceded her in death.
Beverly attended the Whiteside Senior Center, enjoyed gambling, traveling and her family gathering’s.
Survivors include daughters, Connie (Marc) Lipscomb and Brenda Morris; 2 grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter Teresa Blair; brothers, James and Robert Marquitz.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Polo Senior Center, Polo, on Sunday October 8, 2017 from 1-3:00 p.m.
