Donald F. Conn, 75, of Polo, passed away Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, at Serenity Hospice and Home, Oregon. Don was born March 22, 1939, in Chicago, the son of Ernest and Myrtle (Riden) Conn. On May 10, 1958, in Chicago, Don was united in marriage to his first wife Eunice Janicki (she preceded him in Dec. 2010) He owned and operated Conn Vending for many years. Don has since remarried wife Janice McCaslin, on Nov. 24, 2012, in Oregon.
Survivors include wife Janice; daughters Tammy (Steve) Alger of Miller, MO, Joyce Cannon of McHenry, IL; sons Steven (Laura) Conn of Crystal Lake, IL, Timothy (Maria) Conn of Lake Villa, IL; 16 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by a grandson Brian Cannon.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St. Polo, IL 61064. Celebration of the Mass Of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 881 N. Mongan Dr., Oregon. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Polo.
