John E. Hess, 70, of Polo, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018 in Dixon. John was born Oct. 15, 1947 to the parents of John and Joyce K. (Grice) Hess and one of five children. John attended Polo Community Schools through Jr. High and went on to graduate from Newman High School in 1965. He had an inquisitive mind and read on a variety of topics and enjoyed discussing its view points.
John was preceded in death by his parents and sister Marcia
Memorial Mass for John will be at 10:30 AM on Sunday, October 14th at St. Mary’s Church in Polo.
