Marjorie J. Eastabrooks, 97, of Polo, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Polo Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Marjorie was born, July 24, 1918, in Freeport, the daughter of Earnest and Iva (Lawson) Yerkey. She married Charles Coffman and together they had a daughter Ginger. Charles passed away in 1956 and Marjorie went on to marry second husband Norman Stewart till his passing in 1963. Marjorie married her third husband William Eastabrooks in 1969 till his passing in 1992.
Survivors include daughter Ginger (Wayne) Haan of Polo; grandsons Norman (Tim Barnes) Wiemken of Galatia, IL, Dan (Hope) Wiemken of Polo; great-grandsons Baylee and Blake Wiemken.
She was preceded in death by sister, Betty Watson, niece Sydney Mowrey.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St., on Thursday Feb. 18, 2016. Graveside service will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at 11:30 a.m.
