Norma R. Stuff, 99, of Polo, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019, at Polo Rehabilitation and Health Care.
Norma was born January 21, 1920, in Polo, the daughter of George and Sadie (Zumdahl) Hammer. On March 11, 1946 in Polo she was united in marriage to Max Stuff (he preceded her in August 1977). Norma was a hairstylist for many years along with a loving and dedicated farmers wife. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, doing her own yard work, cooking and baking cookies for many. Norma continued to ride her bike around Polo till she was 95.
Survivors include daughter Kathy (Steve) Knutson of Polo; grandchildren Brett (Nicole), Rick, Kenny (Jana); great-grandchildren Niklas, Emily, Max, Annalise, Gray, Isla .
She was preceded in death by son Lance Stuff; sisters Belva Hammer and Blanche Bloyer; brother Maynard Hammer.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. till service time of 11:00 at the Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St, Polo. Burial will be immediately following at Fairmount Cemetery also in Polo.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
