Viva J. Dingman, 73, of Polo, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Polo Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Viva was born October 30, 1947, in Sterling, the daughter of Wayne and Faye (Spinden) Dingman. She retired from nursing after 40 years. Viva loved helping others, as a nurse this always had a special place in her heart. She enjoyed being outside, walking, sitting in the sun or by a fire sharing stories. Spending time with family and friends is what brought her the most joy.
Survivors include daughter Sherri (Daryl) Beers of Polo; sons James (Aimee) Fuller of Lyndon and Richard (Karina) Fuller of Tennessee; sisters Eva (Warren) Patten of Rock Falls and Linda (Junior) Eastabrooks of Milledgeville; grandchildren Megan Beers, Dylan Beers, Alexis (Tanner) Grobe, Natalie (Travis) Mills, Evan Fritz; great grandchildren Liam, Moriah, Brantley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
